We do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

We offer online booking. You can schedule your appointment by selecting “book now” on our website.

For some procedures we reserve the right to charge a deposit. The procedure deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your procedure cost. We charge the deposit to hold your appointment particularly when the procedure consumes a large amount of scheduled time. As a small business a late cancellation on a procedure can greatly affect our business and negatively affect our ability to provide the exemplary service we strive to provide. 

Cancellation Policy

Within 24 hours of scheduled appointments: Belle Wellness charges a $50 fee for no-show/cancelled consultations, $100 fee for no-showed or cancelled botox appointments, and 50% cancellation fee for any other missed treatments. There will be no exceptions.

• If you can't make your appointment, please reach out to us ASAP by texting/calling us at 507-824-4674. Emails are not an acceptable form of communication for cancellations.
• Please be aware that clients who have a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows will not be able to schedule an appointment.
