Tawana Overton, DNP, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from The University of Minnesota School of Nursing. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Tawana Overton, DNP, FNP-BC is a proud member of the Obesity Medicine Association. Members of the Obesity Medicine Association are clinical leaders in obesity medicine who work to advance the prevention, treatment, and reversal of the disease of obesity.

Tawana also specializes in aesthetic and wellness treatments such as: wrinkle relaxer injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), microneedling, platelet rich plasma (PRP) treatments, chemical peels, and penile enhancement procedures. She is certified by the Cellular Medicine Association to perform the Vampire Facial® procedure and the P-Shot® procedure. She is always attending the latest aesthetic and wellness trainings and conferences to continue educating herself.

Tawana has worked in various health care settings including Dermatology, as a Hospitalist for a multi-specialty surgery practice, Urgent Care and the Emergency Department. She has been in the Healthcare Field for 17 years and a Nurse Practitioner for 11 years.
